Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what FleekSeek (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, why we use it, when service providers process it, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
- Photos: face and wrist photos submitted for color-season analysis, outfit photos submitted for a verdict, and an optional profile photo.
- Style data: color season, AI results, saved items, swipes, filters, outfit boards, and shopping-link activity.
- Subscription data: product, entitlement, signed purchase status, renewal or expiration events, and an opaque app-account token. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Usage and technical data: app interactions, feature limits, platform, session or account identifiers, and diagnostic or security information.
FleekSeek uses photos to provide styling analysis, not to identify or authenticate you through facial recognition. Please do not submit a photo unless you have permission from every person shown.
How we use information
- provide and personalize color, outfit, feed, save, and board features;
- authenticate accounts and synchronize data across devices;
- enforce free allowances and paid entitlements;
- operate retailer handoffs and measure aggregate product interest;
- secure, debug, analyze, and improve the App; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
AI photo processing
Before the first photo analysis, FleekSeek identifies xAI and the photos that will be shared and asks you to explicitly allow that processing. Your choice is stored with your FleekSeek account and covers future photos you deliberately submit to the color-season and outfit-analysis tools. You can withdraw that permission at any time from the You tab; FleekSeek will ask again before sending another analysis photo.
Face, wrist, and outfit photos are sent through our Convex backend to the xAI API (Grok) to generate the requested analysis. xAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models without explicit permission and are ordinarily retained for up to 30 days for abuse and security review. xAI acts as a processor for its business API under its applicable enterprise terms and data-processing terms.
FleekSeek does not permanently store the raw face or wrist scan image. Color-season streaming progress is removed after approximately 24 hours; the resulting season remains with your account. A successful outfit scan is stored with its verdict so it can appear in history, and its image is automatically removed after approximately five days or sooner if you delete that verdict. The text result may remain until you delete it or delete your account.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, a successor in a business transaction, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.
Shopping attribution
Retailer URLs may receive standard, non-personal FleekSeek campaign parameters identifying the App and source screen. FleekSeek keeps a private, pseudonymous click key for deduplication and aggregate reporting; it is not included in the retailer URL. We do not sell personal data or use these links for cross-app advertising tracking.
Apple Ads measurement
On supported App Store installations, we use Apple's AdServices API to check whether Apple attributes an installation to an Apple Ads campaign. A short-lived Apple token is sent to our backend and exchanged with Apple; we do not store that token in our database. We retain the returned campaign, ad-group and, when available, keyword identifiers and campaign region, together with a hashed app-install identifier and your FleekSeek account. This lets us measure subsequent product use and verified purchases in Mixpanel. An unmatched result is not proof of an organic install. We do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), fingerprint devices, or send account or purchase events to TikTok or other advertising networks. Account deletion removes our account-linked attribution records and requests deletion of the associated Mixpanel data.
Sharing your color palette
Sharing is optional. Only when you choose to share do we publish a snapshot containing your chosen first name (or “My Palette”), your color season, and its palette. Your selfie, email, account identifier, and private analysis text are not included. Anyone with the link can view it, and messaging or social services may fetch and cache its preview image. You can turn the link off from Share my palette in the You tab. Turning it off or deleting your account removes our public page and image, but cannot remove copies or previews already saved by recipients or other services. No advertising trackers are placed on these public palette pages.
Retention
- Profile photos and account data: until changed, removed, or the account is deleted.
- Face and wrist scan images: processed transiently by FleekSeek; the xAI API may retain request content for up to 30 days under its API policy.
- Outfit scan images: approximately five days unless deleted sooner.
- Season-analysis progress: approximately 24 hours.
- Saved pieces, swipes, boards, verdict text, and usage records: while needed for the App and its limits, or until account deletion, subject to limited security and backup retention.
- Purchase records: FleekSeek keeps the verified status and opaque Apple transaction linkage needed to honor entitlements, prevent fraud, and comply with law while your account is active. Apple separately retains App Store purchase records under its terms.
- Completed deletion-job record: a limited record of the completed request may remain for approximately 30 days so deletion cannot be accidentally reversed and failures can be audited.
Your choices
- Allow or decline xAI/Grok photo processing before your first analysis, and withdraw a prior choice at any time from the You tab.
- Decline camera or photo-library access, or change those permissions in iOS Settings.
- Remove a profile photo or outfit verdict from the App.
- Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account.
- Delete your FleekSeek account from Profile. The deletion flow removes account-linked Convex data, stored photos, FleekSeek’s StoreKit transaction linkage, and Convex Auth sessions/accounts; it also requests removal of the Mixpanel profile/events when analytics is enabled. Apple retains its own App Store purchase records, and account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy where applicable law provides that right.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, authenticated server operations, and service providers designed to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Children
FleekSeek is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 submitted information so we can investigate and delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the App or law changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to support@fleekseekapp.com.
