• Wrist and palm photos: Used to analyze your skin undertones

• Name and email: Collected when you sign in with Apple or Google
• Profile preferences: Your selected color season and theme preferences

• Number of face scans and outfit analyses performed
• Subscription status and tier

How We Use Your Information

AI-Powered Analysis

Your photos are processed by OpenAI (for seasonal color analysis) and Google Gemini (for outfit and style recommendations) to provide personalized color and style recommendations. Photos are sent securely to these AI services via their paid APIs for real-time analysis. Your photos are not retained or used for model training by these providers. The analysis results are stored in our database.

Account Management

Your profile information is used to manage your account, sync your data across devices, and provide personalized recommendations.

Service Improvement

Usage data helps us understand how the app is used and improve our services.

Third-Party Services

FleekSeek uses the following third-party services:

• Convex (convex.dev) - Database storage and user authentication
• OpenAI (openai.com) - AI-powered seasonal color analysis of face and wrist photos
• Google Gemini (ai.google.dev) - AI-powered outfit analysis and style chat
• Apple - Sign in with Apple authentication and in-app purchase processing
• Google - Sign in with Google authentication

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Convex's cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure authentication.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained while your account remains active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile settings in the app.

Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Photos: Stored until you delete them or delete your account
• Profile information: Retained while your account is active
• Usage data: Reset monthly; historical counts retained for 12 months
• Analysis results: Retained until you delete the analysis or your account

After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days from our systems and backups.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will:

• Notify affected users via email within 72 hours of discovery
• Provide details about what data was affected
• Explain steps we are taking to address the breach
• Offer guidance on protective measures you can take

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You can request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information (available via in-app account deletion)

FleekSeek is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
